Explore the ghats of Varanasi in this Google Pixel 4K video test. Cinematic video shot on the banks of Ganga.
The video was shot in 4K at 30 fps and it’s ungraded. The phone was hand-held on a JOBY Gorillapod while filming on the boat. Didn’t plan on using the Gorillapod first, but changed my mind later. The night before I dreamt of the phone slipping off my hand into the Ganges. :D
The EIS (electronic image stabilization) feature of the camera was turned on the whole time.
The camera review is ongoing and we expect to publish it early next week. So do subscribe and give a thumbs up to this video if you loved the shots. The shoot wasn't easy at all, on the rocky boat, with the constant fear of phone falling into the water.
Overall, the verdict is that Google Pixel's 4K videos come out pretty awesome. Recommended.
